1 ) Sponsor
This contest is sponsored by Century 21 Maximum (“Sponsor”)
2) Contest Period
The contest begins February 1, 2026 and ends February 28, 2026 at 11:59pm (end of day) (The “contest period”). all times are local to Red Deer, Alberta unless otherwise stated.
3) Eligibility
Open to legal residents of Alberta who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
4) How to enter
To Enter, during the contest period:
1 - Attend any participating Century 21 Maximum open house, and
2 - Complete the open house sign in sheet provided with your name and contact information
5) Prize
there is one (1) grand prize to be won, consisting of three (3) $100 gift cards:
- $100 Forno Gift Card
- $100 Sobeys Gift Card
- $100 Co-op Gas Bar Gift Card
Total approximate retail value of the grand prize: $300 cad.
the grand prize must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions, no cash value. Any restrictions or conditions on the gift cards are as set by the issuing businesses.
6) Winner Selection & Odds
On March 4, 2026 one (1) potential winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries received during the contest period. Odds of Winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7) Winner Notification & Claiming
The selected entrant will be contacted using the information provided on the sign-in sheet no later than March 6, 2026.
To be declared winner, the selected entrant must:
- Correctly Answer a skill testing question, and
- respond withing seven (7) days of being contacted
If the selected entrant does not respond within seven (7) days, is ineligible, or does not complete the requirements, the Sponsor may disqualify them and select an alternate potential winner.
8) Prize Pickup / Delivery
Prize pickup/delivery will be arranged directly with the winner. The winner may be required to show valid photo ID upon request.
9) Privacy
Entry Information is collected for the purpose of administering this contest and contacting the winner. Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
10) General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the sponsor, which are final.
